Looking to fill your freezer with wholesome, delicious, pastured, antibiotic-free, non-GMO pork? Whole animals are available for $6.19/lb hanging weight, and halves are $6.49/lb hanging weight, with no added processing charges! We cover all processing costs, leaving you with one flat fee.

We sell whole and half animals by their hanging weight at the butcher shop. The hanging weight is the weight of the carcass after the hide, head, feet and any unwanted organs have been removed by the butcher. Our pigs typically finish between 270-320lbs, which means the hanging weight will be around 190-220 lbs - which is the weight you will be charged for. If you’re ordering a half - you’ll be charged for a hanging weight of 95-110 lbs.

The meat you get back from the butcher will be between 130-160 lbs for a whole, and 65-80 lbs for a half.

Your price per lb. of meat you get back for a whole would be between $8-$9 for all cuts. Bacon, pork chop, sausage, everything. For a half that price per pound would be between $9-$10/lb for everything.

You will have the ability to let our USDA federally inspected processor know exactly what cuts you want, how thick you like your pork chops, how you want your hams prepared, etc., and how you want it all packaged up.

We require a deposit of $200 for wholes and $100 for halves. Please expect to pay an additional amount ($450-$600 for halves, $900-$1,200 for wholes depending on weight). The remainder of your bill will be required before we drop your order off.
